Google.com vs. Google.cn

不太清楚是从什么时候开始Google.com对中国用户不好用的，印象中，在我来美国之前，还可以基本正常的访问Google.com；却听说Google.com很多人访问不了。

我人在国外，还不清楚具体是怎么回事。今天偶然想起了这个问题，就访问了一下Google.cn。

在Header上我看到这个字样：

不知道我该说些什么
